We aim to fulfill all orders comprising stock we hold within 72 hours - Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm. Orders requiring stock on Back order from suppliers may take up to 2-3 weeks to be processed and delivered.
Stock information is updated regularly and we make every effort to keep this as up to date as possible, however occasions may occur when this is not completely accurate or slightly out of date. In this case a representative will make contact regarding these issues.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that Royal Mail tracking only shows when the parcel has been delivered, no “in-transit “info is available.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on current courier and postal charges, packaging costs etc.. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item within your order goes on back order we may elect ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. We will normally discuss this option with you at the time of your order.
