This returns policy is implemented at the sole discretion of Adventure Bike Store
The customer is entitled to cancel his declaration of intent to conclude the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods by returning the goods to ABS in full and unused in the original packaging.
Dispatching the goods in good time will be sufficient proof that the deadline has been observed. Your postage costs will be refunded in accordance with UK Distance Selling Regulations. In the case of cancellation ABS will refund any money already paid to the customer. For transfers abroad only transfer fees will be deducted. Legal provisions apply to any benefits or profit drawn up to cancellation

The following procedure must be carried out for goods damaged in transit:
If a package arrives clearly damaged, it must be opened in the presence of the postman/delivery driver.
The postman/delivery driver will issue a damage confirmation certificate.
With damage in transit that is not obvious, i.e. damage that the customer is not aware of until after he has opened it, the customer must inform ABS within 7 working days by writing.
It is not possible to accept a claim for damage after this time.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 7 days of reciept. Please use the Returns slip supplied with your order.

3. Include in your package a signed letter or returns note stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
We will e-mail you to confirm receipt and advise what action we are taking as a result within 48 hours of receipt.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We reserve the right on all non-defective items to levy a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order for non-defective items.
If your item is unused but has been mis-ordered, you may exchange it for different product. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
