The pannier rack is fastened via two struts to the right and left of the rider's footpeg holder. There are two additional struts on each side of the rack to prevent the pannier rack from twisting. One strut would not be enough to give the rack the necessary stability. The two rack elements on the right and left are screwed together by a bar behind the number plate mounting. The position of the rack was chosen to make sure that even with panniers in place. there would still be enough room in tight bends.The fitted width of the pannier rack is 48 cm. The pillion footpegs can be fitted directly to the pannier rack.
